What, do you work for the dairy industry? Along with that you get bad fats, cholesterol, puss, hormones, antibiotics and more. What about other sources like cabbage, broccoli, kale, soy, tofu, fortified cereals, molasses, parsley, sprouts, beans, quinoa, almonds, sesame seed paste and much more??? Lets not forget all the allergies and asthma caused by dairy products.

As long as you use your immune system to get rid of the virus, and YES you can, you will actually be immune to the type of HPV you contracted in the future, just like not being able to get the same cold strain twice. Many people contract HPV and not know it because their body kills the virus before symptoms even develop. It's not the end of the world unless you give up. I even got rid of mine WITHOUT quitting smoking, and that's unheard of! ...smoking will almost make it impossible to get rid of. ...drinking to.

During premenopause (around 35 yrs of age) I had fibrocystic breast bad. So much so that I had to have the lumps aspirated monthly. Then came the really bad bleeding with led to huge blood clots during menopause (45 years). The clotting got so bad with the uterine fibroids, that I did have a hysterectomy (50 yrs). I have just read about sodium hydroxide (lye) relaxers and the link with uterine fibroids. I started using relaxers at the age of 20, so yes I believe that the relaxers could be the culprit in both fibrocystic breast and uterine fibroids. This is very frightening and I wish I had been smarter, but I can stop this from happening to others and my grandchildren -- 10 of which are girls. I am now postmenopausal and hope things look up this was a terrible time in my life.

I don't remember hearing about this hpv during our hippie movement and sexual revolution was going on. There was more sex, group sex, multiple sex, high risk sexual explosion taking place then and this was not an issue. Yet, we should believe it's origin traces back to dinosaurs? I had a young family member who had one sexual partner and his girlfriend had only been with him (factual) no one other than him also. Her doctor convinced her to get the hpv vaccine since she was sexually active and all of a sudden she test positive for hpv and now this young lady has to keep being checked for cancer. Do doctors have a clue what's truly in the vaccines they inject, or only what the manufacturers and government tell them it supposedly contains? Why is the vaccine geared toward our youth, when adults probably have much more sexual exposure? I don't get flu shots because they inject you with the virus itself that is suppose to protect from having a severe and long term bout of the flu. The one time I got the vaccine, I was more sick than I've ever been in my life and it lasted forever! I was not sick prior to receiving the vaccine. Who checks the content of these so called vaccines other than the governments FDA, especially when we know there is a secret movement to decrease our world population. Who does case studies to see what ethnicities and social economic groups are testing higher for the virus, especially after receiving the vaccine? What better place to start than with our healthy, fertile youth? I am very curious...

The good news is that it's not the end of the world. I tested positive at 17, about 18 years ago, and I may have had only 1 positive result since then. As long as you eat healthy, keep your immune system healthy, stress free life style, exercise, you are less likely to become active for a long time.

I protected myself, but it wasn't enough. Condoms don't protect you 100% only abstinence.

Condoms can't fully protect you from HPV and some people can have the virus for years without knowing it, possibly spreading it to multiple sexual partners and even spouses. The only way to protect yourself is to know your sexual partners history health stats and hope for the best...

I tried using the replacement hormones, but it got to expensive and worry about getting cancer. Is there anything out there that can help me, I worry about my relationship falling apart because of this.

Menopause or menopauza symptoms can be a real problem for middle aged women. The body suffers a lot of modifications and because of other problems like urinarry stress incontinence this can prove to be a very hard period for any kind of woman. Luckily there are products like the Zoft gum or similar which help reduce these simptoms but overall it's a tough stage in any woman's life.
